3-6 Days Before Your Session
You'll receive a 50% refund to your original payment method, or you can choose full credit (100% of your payment) toward any future booking within 6 months. Rescheduling is available with the 50% credit applied. This reduced refund reflects the short notice and reduced likelihood we can rebook your slot.
1-2 Days Before Your Session
No cash refund is available, but you'll receive a 50% credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months). Rescheduling is possible with an additional 50% payment to secure the new date. Day of Session
